The resulting document was the Model Land Development Code, adopted by the ALI in May 1975. The collection, 1960-1974 and undated, includes preliminary studies, drafts, memoranda, correspondence, and related material concerning the drafting and adoption of the Model Land Development Code

The Model Land Development Code was promulgated in 1975
