- Summary
- Litigating brain injuries is a two-volume publication, divided into a legal volume and a medical volume, providing customers with everything they need to litigate a brain injury case. Among all types of injuries, brain injuries can result in significant long term consequences. Unlike other injuries such as fractures, brain injuries are difficult to prove. There may be no "objective" way to determine whether a TBI exists. Since these types of injuries are hard to prove, attorneys need guidance to get a recovery. This book will enable the attorney to paint a detailed picture to the jury to describe the client's injuries and limitations. The book will provide all the medical and legal information to litigate a brain injury case, including discussions on medical tests, and experts. Includes information on dealing with the brain injured client, and information on damages that may be relevant to brain injured patients such as the need for long term care or rehabilitation
