Summary
Ann Winton (Drinkwater) is a happily married woman living a tranquil life with her husband, two kids and elderly father Joe Meuller (Sydow), an immigrant from Germany after the war. On a TV show, Zetnick (Blake) exposes Joe as the Nazi war criminal who killed her family. Joe is arrested, but prevails in a trial. Zetnick breaks into their house, and kills herself in front of his family. To Ann's shock, her father seems unconcerned with the suicide, and she starts to question him severely about his past. She demands to know what happened to the real Joe Meuller and her father admits he had assumed this identity after the real Meuller had killed himself. With a cold fury, Ann demands her father leave the house and have nothing more to do with her children
