- Eckstrom's licensing in foreign and domestic operation the forms and substance of licensing is a collection of forms and agreements covering all areas of intellectual property law as they relate to international licensing. It provides state-of-the-art forms and agreements for the domestic and international licensing of intellectual property rights. The forms and agreements offered throughout the text can be modified to suit virtually every drafting need. The first portion of the work provides complete model forms and agreements; the second offers model clauses, arranged alphabetically by topic. This database: saves the user time when drafting and/or adapting licensing agreements; agreements cover royalties, definitions of technology and more; topics covered include patent and trademark licenses, franchise agreements and more; covers the Patent Act and the Lanham Act
